I started creating flower pictures representing the daughters of God who are trapped in slavery all over this globe. It's also been a long time since I realized I am a true daughter of God as well but still need to dwell in that everyday truth!
I finally finished this simple but large rose picture, that is a rose for America's national flower. Yes, people are always shocked to hear how many young women are being trafficked every year in and through America's borders. Hundreds of thousands of daughters.
But thanks to God it is being exposed and confronted.
This rose picture sat for a long time on white without the words. I asked God so many times for Him to help me finish it and nothing seemed like the right thing to fill in the background, just to have it filled. Simply clean. And white. The rose blooming into the white that surrounds it. Vulnerable all by itself there.The balance was still missing something though.
Recently God has been bringing to the forefront how many women and girls,including myself, that no matter how long or even if we know God as Father or not, daily need the reminder that we ARE beloved. And we are His daughter. A universal hearts desire in every culture.In any situation. That similarly connects us. So as much as I struggled with adding any words to the flower series of pictures, I finally surrended in excitement actually and just knew each flower in the series needed this thread of Truth through all,declaring Beloved Daughter.In every language. I can't wait to add to each piece. A fun little extra 'of course', that I realized Only after I finished,was My Glory Rose who is adopted from China, who has taught me so much about being a beloved adopted daughter of God. I pray these two potent,life changing words reach the deepest part of your heart today where you need to receive them. Beloved. And think of how we are all beautifully connected.
